Returns & Refunds Policy (UK only)

WeHustl ships to UK addresses only. This policy applies to UK orders and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
1) Change‑of‑Mind Returns for Unopened Products (14 days)
• You can cancel a non‑faulty purchase within 14 days of delivery. After you tell us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with hygiene seals intact.
• Why unopened? For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept opened underwear for change‑of‑mind returns.
• Return postage: For non‑faulty returns, you pay the return postage.
• Refund timing & what’s refunded: We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or receiving proof of posting). We include the basic (standard) outbound delivery cost originally paid; any premium/express upgrade isn’t refundable.
2) Faulty, Not as Described, or Not Fit for Purpose
• Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject faulty goods for a full refund (short‑term right to reject).
• After 30 days and within 6 months: we’ll repair or replace first. If that isn’t successful, you can request a refund. We cover return postage for faulty items.
• Limitation periods: You may bring a claim for goods up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland).
3) Exchanges
• To request an exchange (e.g., different size/absorbency), email info@wehustl.co.uk first.
• One‑time free shipping on the replacement item: we’ll cover the outbound postage for one exchange shipment.
• Return postage: For change‑of‑mind exchanges, you pay the return postage; for faulty items, we cover it (see Section 3).
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same eligibility windows.
4) How to Start a Return or Trial Claim
1) Email info@wehustl.co.uk with your order number and whether you’d like a trial refund, change‑of‑mind return, exchange, or to report a fault.
2) We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions (and a returns label if needed).

4) Refunds are issued to your original payment method within the timelines above.
6) What We Don’t Accept
• Opened/used underwear except for the one item/pack covered by your opt‑in 60‑day first‑pair trial, or returns for faulty items under Section 3.
• Items returned without intact hygiene seals or original packaging (for change‑of‑mind).
• Returns outside the relevant window (60 days for the trial; 14+14 days for change‑of‑mind).
• Gift cards or final‑sale items (unless faulty).
7) This Policy & Your UK Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (including the 14‑day right to cancel distance sales and a refund of the basic outbound delivery charge) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including the 30‑day short‑term right to reject faulty goods).
