hustl. exists to help women and girls perform at their best, whatever is going on with their bodies.
The world moved forward. The products didn’t.
Women are competing, training and performing at a higher level than ever before.
But when it comes to periods or post-childbirth bladder leaks, many of the products women rely on were never designed around movement, sport or performance.
When co-founder, Lisa, gave birth and wanted to get back into netball, the products available just weren't up to scratch. She wanted something better, just like thousands of other active women. And the more we looked into it, the more we saw the same issues coming up.
WHAT WOMEN TOLD US
The barrier is real.
We did our own research, and here is what we found:

WHY WE EXIST
Performance demands consistency.
Imagine being a new mum, ready to return to running, but relying on bulky protection that was never designed to move with you. Or an athlete, performing at the highest level but not having confidence in the clothes you're wearing. Or you have an irregular period, and you're going to the gym with the anxiety of not knowing if you're going to come on your period or not.

We create high-performance period underwear designed around movement, fit and confidence, so women can focus on what matters most: performing at their best.
This isn’t about filling a gap in the market. It’s about removing a barrier.
We want fewer girls sitting out and fewer women changing what they do because of their period or light bladder leaks. Whether that's sport, work or everyday life.

Changing the narrative
Periods and bladder leaks are a part of life. We want to move the conversation on, so that the stigma is gone, and help girls and women to have the conversations without any embarrassment.
Support across all levels
Girls and women need role models, be they international athletes, or their school team captain on a Wednesday. We'll continue to support across all levels of sport so that we build a community and a movement, not just a product.

From international partnerships to grassroots ambition, the aim is simple: fewer reasons to sit out, and a bigger pool of women and girls playing sport and leading from the front. The benefits are clear and we're here to make it happen.
